My interview steps started with personality and IQ testing, and that was treated like an early gate. If I passed those, the process moved into a series of phone interviews.

After the calls, I had a face-to-face interview, and then the final step was another phone interview at the VP level. The decision came after that last conversation. Overall, it felt like a laddered process that filtered heavily before the more senior touchpoints.
