Average Positive Noida

My process started with an HR touchpoint, and then I moved into a structured set of rounds. The first technical round was DSA mixed with core Java and SQL, and it also tied back to my prior work experience. After that, the next technical round shifted toward low-level design and development concepts, with a chunk of DevOps basics and cloud fundamentals alongside discussion of what I had done before.

The final stage was a manager round that still leaned on DSA but also pulled in behavioral questions. Overall, the difficulty felt average and the vibe was fairly professional—more like a clear evaluation of fundamentals and how I apply them rather than anything overly tricky or chaotic. Even though I didn’t end up with an offer, the flow felt well organized and I left with a good sense of what they cared about most: DSA fundamentals, Java/SQL grounding, and how I think through designs and communication.

Difficult Positive Noida

What surprised me most was how the process started very formally and then stayed tightly technical. After HR scheduled things, I showed up for the interview in an offline format the same day, and I went through multiple technical rounds back to back. The first technical round focused on DSA plus my project details. The second technical round again included DSA, but it also became more specific—React, OOP, and operating system concepts came up.

The last technical slot felt like a deeper dive. I was asked more in-depth questions spanning C++, operating system topics, and SQL queries, and it leaned heavily toward testing whether I could reason through concepts rather than just recall surface definitions. The overall difficulty felt on the difficult side, and by the end I didn’t move forward. Even where I felt confident, the questioning stayed very detailed, and I remember thinking that the breadth across languages plus operating systems and SQL was what really raised the bar.

Common Pitfalls & Candidate Reflections

Some candidates felt that the interview process lacked follow-up communication, which left them uncertain about their status. Additionally, candidates expressed a desire to have better clarity on expectations and to focus more on problem-solving rather than optimization during coding tasks.
