Tuve una entrevista bastante “normal” y directa, centrada tanto en conocimientos generales como en lo específico del puesto. Me preguntaron por mi situación personal y también por mis aspiraciones y expectativas sobre el rol, como para entender si el encaje era real más allá de la parte técnica.

La conversación no se sintió como un interrogatorio, sino como una evaluación completa: por un lado querían ver si dominaba lo que correspondía al área y, por otro, querían confirmar motivación y cómo proyectaba ese trabajo. No tuve la sensación de que me cerraran puertas por un solo tema; más bien era una revisión integral. Al final no fue una propuesta de oferta, pero el proceso me pareció claro en lo que buscaban y en cómo querían conoceme.

Difficult Negative Málaga

Tuve una entrevista técnica que se fue bastante hacia conceptos que normalmente vienen de la universidad, con preguntas sobre temas como programación orientada a objetos. La dificultad se sintió alta porque no era tanto aplicar casos o razonar, sino responder con definiciones y matices muy concretos.

Algo que me descolocó fue que quienes entrevistaban parecían más junior que yo. Respondí con lo que yo había aprendido, pero sentí que no les terminó de encajar exactamente con las definiciones que ellos habían estudiado. Eso se notó en el tono con el que continuaban la conversación, más evaluador que exploratorio.
