I applied through Naukri and got an email saying my profile was shortlisted for a Developer/Senior-Developer track. The first interaction I had was a face-to-face interview. The process felt very straightforward on paper, but the actual assessment turned out to be tough.
I was thrown a hard coding question and it was paced in a way that put real pressure on me to keep up. I could feel myself getting constrained by the time and the situation, and I ended up getting rejected. After it was over, the main thing that stayed with me was how much the pressure shaped how I performed, not just the problem itself.

I started by learning I’d have two technical rounds, labeled L1 and L2, happening on the same day. Even before the interviews themselves, I was already thrown off by how the panel handled scheduling—calling so many people up on a Saturday morning and still not making the plan feel coordinated.
During the process, I was trying to understand what the coding rounds would look like and what came next after the technical rounds, because the communication around the flow felt muddled. The panel did confirm the two-round structure, but the overall organization made the day feel unnecessarily stressful, like I was waiting more than I was being assessed.
