The process felt well communicated from the start. After the recruiter stage, I was told clearly what came next, and I met the “real” person at the third step of the interview flow. Each stage had a defined purpose, and the communication felt organized rather than confusing.
Across the interviews, the tone was interactive and fairly friendly, more like a conversation where they wanted to understand my experiences. Hiring managers briefly shared their own experience too, which made it feel less like I was being interrogated and more like we were both assessing fit. I also appreciated that they worked around my availability and made it easy to find a time to meet.

Easy Negative Paris
My process didn’t end the way it started. I spent real time coordinating with the recruiter—responding to calls and emails for an FSP position—and after several exchanges and interviews, the communication just stopped. There was no feedback, no explanation, and no follow-up, and I only found out I was effectively out through silence.
A similar feeling happened once more where I was told I’d hear back within about a week, but I ended up being ghosted and never got a response. When I asked for feedback through the person who organized the interview, that also went nowhere.

Interview Structure & Communication
The interview process is generally well-structured and clearly communicated, with defined stages and purposes for each interview. Candidates appreciate the organized flow and the transparency about what to expect at each step.
Initial interactions with recruiters are typically efficient, followed by engaging conversations with managers that focus on behavioral and situational questions. Candidates often find these discussions to be conversational and friendly, fostering a sense of mutual assessment.
Interviews often include technical and situational questions that require candidates to provide concrete examples from their experience. These questions are designed to assess how candidates would handle real-world scenarios relevant to the role.
Candidates may encounter a video interview format, such as HireVue, which requires careful phrasing of responses due to the inability to re-record answers. This format is generally perceived as a straightforward way to evaluate communication skills.

Pacing & Pressure
The pacing of interviews can vary, with some candidates experiencing a fast-paced environment that adds pressure to articulate their thoughts clearly. This aspect can influence how fair and comfortable candidates feel during the process.

Follow-Up & Feedback
While many candidates report positive experiences with follow-up communication, some express frustration over a lack of feedback or closure after interviews, which can detract from the overall impression of the company's culture.
