My hiring experience lined up with a fresher-friendly pattern: I went through an aptitude-style first step and then moved into technical and HR rounds. A big part of what I saw was hypothetical or scenario-based questioning, paired with basic coding knowledge. Instead of being thrown into heavy theory right away, the questions leaned toward understanding how I think and how I explain solutions.

On the technical side, I had to deal with coding and problem-solving, and the HR conversation focused on resume-related and personality-type questions. In one part of the flow, the aptitude questions were even handled through an online platform, and the technical round mixed basic coding with OS-leaning and aptitude-style questions, which made it feel like they were checking the fundamentals broadly. The HR round was similarly focused—communication, behavior, and short answers about myself.

My interview experience followed the typical shape I’d been told to expect: a coding round to test algorithm and programming skills, then a technical round focused on problem-solving and system/technical depth, and finally an HR/managerial round aimed at communication, leadership, and cultural fit. The rounds felt like separate gates rather than one continuous discussion.

Even though I didn’t end up with an offer, the overall structure was clear. I appreciated that each stage had a distinct purpose, and it helped me understand what would be evaluated at each step. My reflection afterward was that being ready to shift from pure coding to broader technical reasoning and then into fit conversations mattered more than I initially thought.
