My first step was an online exam that was meant to evaluate both technical knowledge and problem-solving. After I qualified, I moved into a virtual interview where I discussed my experience, explained concepts, and solved problems in front of a panel.

The virtual format felt like a communication test as much as a technical one—showing how clearly I could explain ideas while working through problems. Overall the process didn’t feel hostile, but I didn’t move far enough to get an offer. Looking back, the part that stayed with me most was how much they leaned on explanation during the problem-solving itself.

I only made it through a voice-based interview round. After that, I didn’t get any reply about a further stage, and at minimum I expected a rejection message so I could move on to other applications.

Because it never progressed past the voice interview, the process didn’t offer much detail about additional rounds or evaluation criteria. The result was simply that I wasn’t selected, and my reflection was mostly about the silence afterward—it made the whole process feel unfinished.
