My process started with a simple screening on MS Teams. About a week later, I received an email for a panel interview that was supposed to include two interviewers, but the tech lead didn’t show up, and it essentially threw off the flow from my side.

Even so, the interviewer who did attend was pleasant to speak with, and the conversation still moved forward. The awkward part wasn’t the questions—it was the fact that the panel setup didn’t happen the way it was scheduled, which made the interview feel compromised.
