I moved pretty quickly from the coding stage into the rest of the loop. My coding interview was handled as HackerRank questions—two of them—and they felt like easy leetcode-level problems. Alongside that, the process also included multiple zoom interviews and questionnaire-style forms to fill out.
Separately, I also encountered an OA that was much smaller: two HackerRank problems focused on arrays, with a tight time budget. That mix made the overall picture feel consistent—simple problem framing, enough time pressure to pay attention, and an emphasis on basic correctness over anything overly complex. I ended up with an offer from the set that included the HackerRank interview, and what surprised me most was how straightforward the coding bar felt compared to how long the rest of the process can take.

Average Positive Chicago, IL
I started with an online, camera-and-mic style recording assessment. It came as a set of multiple prompts tied to my experiences, and the process felt high-pressure because I only got a single attempt and very little prep time per question. I had to think quickly about what I’d done before while staying coherent under the time constraint, and it didn’t feel like a typical coding vibe at all.
Later, I ran into a similar recording-style component again, also preceded by an OA step. The OA had a mix of a straightforward leetcode-style prompt and a task where I had to work with files—finding and fixing an error. After that, the recording portion focused on structured responses with the camera/mic requirement, and it felt more aligned with how the work would actually sound day to day. That whole flow made the process feel manageable compared to pure DSA, but still stressful because the recording format leaves no room to redo anything.
