I went through a campus recruiting flow that started with a recruiter call and then moved into a superday. After the recruiter spoke with me, about a week later I was asked to join the superday that had multiple back-to-back interviews. One of the segments included a case that was specific to healthcare, and the overall vibe felt structured and friendly rather than combative.
Before anything kicked off, I appreciated how responsive the recruiter was and how quickly they answered my questions. They also shared a webinar for preparation, which helped me feel less lost going into the case portion. The superday itself bundled three separate conversations into a few hours, and by the time I finished, it felt like the process was actively guiding me through what they were looking for.

My interview process felt fairly standard, just nicely paced. I started with an HR telephone screen, and then I had two more rounds with different interviewers. The first interview was case-based, and the next round combined a case with behavioral questions, so I ended up switching between problem-solving and explaining my thinking.
Most of the case work was framed as short, timed sessions, and the impression I got was that they cared more about how I approached the problem than about me being perfectly “right” on the first try. The timing for each case segment was given upfront, which helped a lot, and the difficulty level felt manageable once I had done my prep. In the final conversation, I also got asked more situation-based behavioral questions and was prompted to share about myself.
