Average Neutral Dublin, Dublin

After an initial screening, I moved into a Codesignal round and the whole process felt pretty quick. I remember the recruitment team being responsive, and it didn’t take long from that first screen through the Codesignal stage. I’d felt like the experience was smooth overall, but I never got to a later stage and eventually heard back with a rejection.

In my second attempt, the recruiter reached out and asked general questions along with market knowledge and technical prompts. She told me there would be four more rounds, but I didn’t make it to the next one. She mentioned an update in a couple of days, and when it didn’t happen I followed up after a week, then again about two weeks later, and that’s when I received the rejection. The wait was the hardest part, more than the interview content.

Easy Neutral Germany

I interviewed for the HubSpot Account Executive role in a more difficult, high-standard process where role plays and objection handling dominated, and it generally felt structured—but sometimes very impersonal or overly rigid—over a multi-round schedule.

Recruiter / HR screenDiscussion of fit, motivation, process expectations, and compensation; in some cases it felt more like a qualification check than an interview.
