After a recruiter screening, the process moved pretty quickly into a coding assessment, then two separate technical interviews, and finally an HR round. The whole structure felt deliberate: each stage seemed to have its own job, starting with an overview of fit, then proving technical ability, and then going deeper on how I think through problems.
In the technical interviews, the focus shifted toward problem-solving and system design rather than just getting a correct answer. The questions pushed me to explain my reasoning and how I’d approach a larger picture, not just write code. By the time I reached HR, it was more about cultural fit and what I was aiming for long term.
