My process leaned heavily toward explaining and testing how well I understood the concepts behind the work. Instead of just jumping straight into coding, the interview felt like it was built around the systems side of software engineering, and I ended up spending a lot of time talking through system design ideas.
There was also a noticeable focus on newer AI themes. I remember trying to connect what I knew to the current “latest trends” style of questions, and I felt like the overall bar was high because it was less about trivia and more about whether I could reason clearly. The experience didn’t end in an offer, and overall it felt difficult mostly because the interview was conceptual and expected depth.

Average Positive San Luis Río Colorado
The selection process felt organized and fairly smooth. The recruiter conversation focused on making the role and expectations clear, with questions that were straightforward and easy to follow.
What stood out to me was that compensation and benefits came up as part of the conversation about what the position would offer. The whole thing felt more like alignment on expectations than a stressful grilling, and I didn’t walk away with an offer, but it still felt like a decent, transparent process.
