At Hiddenlayer, the Customer Success Engineer (CSE) plays a vital and highly strategic role in securing the modern enterprise's most valuable asset: its artificial intelligence and machine learning models. As organizations rapidly adopt AI, they face unprecedented security risks, including adversarial machine learning attacks, model extraction, data poisoning, and prompt injection. Hiddenlayer is at the absolute forefront of this space, delivering cutting-edge solutions like the ML Security Platform, Model Scanner, and Model Detection and Response (MDR).
As a Customer Success Engineer, you are the critical technical bridge between Hiddenlayer's advanced engineering teams and our enterprise customers' security operations centers (SOCs), data science teams, and CISOs. Your primary mission is to ensure that customers seamlessly deploy, integrate, and realize maximum value from our security products. This is not a standard support role; it requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity, enterprise infrastructure, API integrations, and the fundamentals of machine learning lifecycles (MLOps).
You will help customers navigate highly complex deployment environments—ranging from secure on-premises private clouds to multi-cloud environments utilizing AWS, Azure, and GCP. By guiding customers through successful onboarding, troubleshooting complex technical integrations, and translating sophisticated security telemetry into clear, actionable insights, you directly protect some of the world's most innovative organizations from emerging AI-focused threats.
