My process started in a more structured way than I expected. One path kicked off on campus with a group-style assessment and then a technical interview, where performance determined who moved on to telephonic and additional technical rounds. For my own journey, the recruiter process felt more straightforward and started with a phone screen.

After the phone call, I had a behavioral interview and then a technical interview. The technical portion felt pretty easy compared with what I’d feared, and the overall pace felt like it moved quickly enough that I didn’t have to wait too long. The recruiter stayed responsive, and a few weeks later I ended up getting an offer. Honestly, it felt like the process was designed to keep momentum, with the early calls clearing the way for the final rounds.
