Average Neutral Montornés del Vallés

After a first recruiter-style conversation where I talked through my background, I waited about two weeks and then joined a Teams meeting with the person who would be my main point of contact. I used that call to clarify doubts and get to know them a bit better. A bit later, the process moved to an in-person final stage with the same manager and someone from HR.

The whole journey felt drawn out and, mentally, that uncertainty wore on me. They said they’d update me in a couple of weeks, but it ended up taking longer, and I only got clarity after I reached out to the recruiter to ask what was happening. Along the way, there were details that didn’t fully match what was communicated early on—like travel expectations versus what the salary info suggested—which made the wait even more frustrating.

My process started with an initial interview that was mostly behavioral. It was pretty standard—focused on my experience and how I described my background. I felt like it went well enough to move forward.

The second round was where things got more role-specific, and it leaned into technical questions tied to my experience, my knowledge, and my background and studies. I remember thinking the questions were straightforward rather than trick questions, but the round still felt like a real evaluation of fit. I didn’t make it past that step.
