Easy Positive New York, NY

After a brief phone screening that was mostly logistics, I ended up on a single video interview panel a little later. The interview felt pretty low-pressure and focused heavily on my background. We walked through my resume in detail, and they spent time clarifying what kinds of work I had done before and what kinds of tasks I would likely be taking on.

I didn’t get the sense there was a strict script. At points the questions felt like they came from whatever piece of my experience I was discussing, and the tone stayed conversational rather than rigid. Overall it was an easy, straightforward process that left me feeling like the main goal was fit and context, not trickiness.

Average Positive London, England

My process was two main interview rounds. The first round was a technical conversation grounded in my CV and the projects I had worked on, and it was conducted with engineers at roughly the mid-junior level. The second round shifted the balance a bit: I met with more senior engineers and the discussion felt less purely technical, with more focus on discussion and conversation.

In both rounds, the structure stayed tied to my past work, so the pressure came from being ready to explain decisions and details rather than from guessing what topic would appear next. It felt like a normal step-up in difficulty as I moved toward the second conversation.
