Average Positive New Delhi

My journey included both a written test and a personal interview after I was shortlisted by the written round. The written part checked basic programming knowledge based on what I had mentioned on my resume, and the overall difficulty felt moderate rather than brutal.

After the technical part, the HR round focused heavily on compensation structure and some expectations around training. The discussion about training cost was especially surprising—there was talk about a large training amount, and it came with a compensation framing that sounded tough in practice: if the job didn’t lead to the right outcome in the first year, I was told you might end up with nothing because the CTC was described as only around 2.4 lakhs.
