I went through a pretty straightforward, low-friction hiring flow. The process felt simple: I showed up, answered questions as clearly as I could, and if I didn’t know something I made sure to say so instead of guessing. Before I went in, I focused on core IT fundamentals so the terminology wouldn’t catch me off guard.
My first technical round leaned heavily on fundamentals—early questions were tied to OOP concepts, followed by core Java questions. After that, I moved to a second round where the focus shifted toward Spring Boot. Overall the difficulty matched the feel the interviewers gave me: not brutal, just very knowledge-and-clarity oriented, and geared toward checking whether I could speak to Java and Spring Boot concepts confidently.

My journey started with an aptitude-and-reasoning style online assessment, and then I had two back-to-back interview rounds. The first parts of those interviews were rooted in basic OOP and Java, and I also got pulled into SQL and a discussion of my project background. After the technical rounds, there was an HR discussion at the end, which wrapped the process up and led to an offer letter.
The technical difficulty felt like it was testing fundamentals at depth rather than trying to trick me with random puzzles. Java8-related topics and things like collections/streams showed up, and the interview structure clearly moved from “can you explain core concepts” into “can you connect them to how you built something.” One part that stood out was the communication-style format that felt like it screened for quick thinking before the multiple-choice technical round, which made the early stage slightly more high-pressure than I expected.
