After I applied, the process started with an early, fairly quick round that felt welcoming and friendly. I was brought into a group conversation where I had to work through a customer service scenario, with the focus on how I’d handle the situation and how I communicated with other people. From there, I moved into a shorter, one-on-one session with the hiring manager that centered on how I worked with others, how I communicated, and whether my availability matched what the store needed.
The vibe in the interviews stayed pretty positive and professional. In the manager chat, it also came up what I liked about the brand and how my experience connected to the role. I was asked a handful of direct questions rather than a long interrogation, and the conversation felt more about fit and reliability than testing niche knowledge. Even though it didn’t end with an offer for me, the overall feel was still smooth and respectful.

Easy Positive Chester, PA
My first round was a group format that leaned into collaboration and retail reality. I introduced myself and answered quick prompts that got everyone comfortable, and then the session shifted into practical, style-focused tasks. The interview covered things like what kind of style I liked, why I applied, and worked through scenarios where teamwork mattered—no one was meant to take over or dominate.
As the group activity progressed, I worked with other people to build an outfit around a given brief and had to talk through my styling thinking. There was also a presentation-style element where I had to explain the concept behind the styling, not just pick items. Even though the questions were fairly accessible, the setup made it feel a bit high-pressure because it required making decisions while explaining them.
