Easy Positive Dublin, Dublin

My process felt very professional and tightly staged. I started with a general recruiter or HR phone chat to cover my background and confirm details from my CV, and then I moved into a coding or technical skills testing step. That early technical work leaned on Java-adjacent topics like JDBC and JMS, plus “bad code” and collections/iterator-type reasoning, with one candidate-style take being that the written coding test was manageable in difficulty and usually focused on fundamentals.

After the skills testing, I had a technical phone call meant to probe how deep my knowledge went in the required areas. The questions revolved around Java competence and database thinking (SQL was a recurring theme), and XML showed up as well. In the middle of it all, I also experienced an interview sequence where multiple specialists from different parts of the company led the personal portion—some focused on technical depth, others on broader business/product context—so the tone stayed structured but varied.
