After a recruiter call, I moved into a technical stage that felt very structured and role-focused. The process ended up including a take-home coding assessment and then a long in-person (or equivalent) meeting that ran several hours and included presenting what I had done. I remember how much time they gave me to work through the problem and how the rest of the day was organized around showing how I’d collaborate, not just how I’d perform in isolation.

Across the interviews, I talked with multiple team members and also worked through a mix of coding-related evaluation and more open conversation with people around the company. The overall tone stood out to me as thoughtful and well organized: interviews were set up to create a comfortable space where I could show relevant skills, and the day wasn’t a random collection of hurdles. By the time the process wrapped up, I’d been given a decision—ultimately, I received an offer. Looking back, what stayed with me most was how intentionally the process was designed to reduce repetition and make the experience feel coherent, even though it was still a heavy commitment of time.
