My experience was shaped by poor conduct and frustrating communication. I went through at least an initial interview stage, and even then it became clear they weren’t managing timelines or expectations responsibly. After one early interview, I simply got ghosted without any proper closure.
In another stage, the HR support felt inconsistent—some interactions were friendly and helpful, but the manager interviews were extremely leading and seemed to focus on whether I was financially motivated, sometimes to an extreme. The questions came across as closed-minded and judgmental, like they had already decided what kind of future I “should” have planned, and they challenged that rather than genuinely exploring fit.

The early part was framed as an introduction to recruitment, and it was largely about testing general knowledge, how I came across, and whether I could stay confident while interacting.
Then I had to deliver a sales pitch on why I was a fit for the role, standing up and talking through it on the spot. After that, they moved into phone practice: I was given a script plus a call log of real candidates and had to work through phone communication using what was provided. By the end of the day, I had 1:1 conversations with a manager and then another round that included a director.
