My process was shorter and felt more focused on getting to a clear signal early. I started with a recruiter interaction where I talked through my background and interest, and then I moved into a second conversation that dug deeper in a similar style. After that, I went into a mock qualification/discovery call and then had an AE debrief.
The part that surprised me was how quickly the mock call tied directly to their decision-making. I expected there would be more conversations after the simulation, but I was told they wouldn’t move forward after the mock call. Even though it ended before the later leadership-style rounds, I still felt like I knew what was happening and what the stages were supposed to test.

The process moved quickly between steps, and the coordination from the talent side was clear and digestible the whole way. I ended up doing four rounds total: a recruiter screener, then a mock cold call with two managers, plus behavioral questions woven throughout. The final day was split into two parts, with a manager discussion first, then a break, and then another block with an AE manager.
What made it feel tough was how specific they were about the answers they wanted in the sales context, especially once the conversation turned to a call simulation. I was expecting generic behavioral questions, but the interviewers kept drilling into my approach and how I communicated, and I got a sense they were actively testing for fit with how the team works. The atmosphere stayed upbeat—everyone I spoke with felt personable and genuinely focused on understanding me, not just checking boxes.
