I went through a pretty compact process: first a recruiter touchpoint, then a sequence of interviews with people on the engineering side—starting with the team lead and ending with an HR representative. The early parts felt straightforward and structured, and the questions were on the easier end technically. The last step shifted away from technical depth and turned into a behavioural conversation.
Overall it felt less chaotic than I’d expected. The pacing and the order of who I spoke to made it easy to follow what stage I was in. I didn’t get an offer, but the experience at least felt organized and clear, not like I was being bounced around.

My first interview round focused on data structures and algorithms, and the format was collaborative rather than just question-and-answer. I solved the problem together with the interviewer, and we walked through the approach step by step. The second round shifted into SQL and code review, where I was asked to point out issues in some source code and modify it to align with industry best practices.
The final round was more about culture fit. Instead of grilling on technical details, the questions were designed to check whether I’d fit into their team and how I’d work with others.
