On the SuperDay, I mostly ran behavioral-style questions that leaned on things I had already prepared, and the interviewers clearly wanted specifics and clarity rather than vague statements. I also felt that the technical pieces weren’t the soft part—if anything, they were used to pressure-test my thinking. I ended up speaking with a senior interviewer plus analysts across the blocks, and the process took long enough that waiting on HR feedback felt dragging.
