El proceso me pareció ameno y, sobre todo, puntual y claro en cada paso. Al inicio evaluaron el seniority con criterios específicos para un cargo que encajara con mi hoja de vida. Luego me enviaron una carta oferta acorde con la categoría que recibí.

Después esperaban entrevistas con cuentas del lado del cliente, como parte del proceso de validación. Si todo salía bien, decían que volvían a formalizar la carta oferta y se establecía el vínculo contractual. En ese momento, lo que más pesó para clasificar y para que pudiera acceder a mejores ofertas era el desenvolvimiento en inglés.

Mi proceso arrancó por correo, porque nunca terminé conociendo al reclutador en una llamada directa. Después me citaron a una entrevista técnica en inglés y ahí empezó la parte que más me descolocó: durante la retroalimentación me marcaron que mi nivel de inglés no era suficiente, y además noté que el entrevistador también tenía dificultades con el idioma. La dinámica era rarísima para mí, porque constantemente hacía preguntas y, cuando intentaba responder, me interrumpía para saltar a otra cosa distinta.

En el ejercicio, sentí que me daban señales contradictorias: una de las “sugerencias” que el entrevistador mencionó no coincidía con lo que yo pensaba que era correcto, pero para él era la única respuesta válida. El ambiente no me pareció hostil, pero sí confuso; terminé sintiendo que no se trataba solo de medir el conocimiento, sino de adaptarme a una lógica que no estaba del todo alineada con lo que correspondía. No avanzó a una oferta.
