After I applied, I first had a conversation with HR to outline the role, discuss my expectations and, in general, get a sense of my fit. A few days later the process moved into technical discussions. The first technical round felt fairly straightforward: I talked through my background and then answered questions across core web/JavaScript topics, and they also checked my English throughout. The overall vibe stayed friendly and conversational, and the questions were more about matching my baseline knowledge than trying to trip me up.
The later technical step was a notch harder but still followed the same pattern—general questions first and then more specific ones. I remember covering things like JavaScript fundamentals and also areas tied to front-end frameworks (Angular/React/Vue came up), plus a live coding segment where I had to resolve code while speaking. It felt like they were trying to see both how I reasoned and how clearly I could explain what I was doing.
