After applying, I ended up in a process that felt organized and generally straightforward. It started with a recruiter conversation where we covered my experience, and the discussion also touched on English. From there, the path moved into technical rounds: one challenge and then a follow-up technical interview, with people treating me in a friendly, easygoing way.

The technical part leaned into the kinds of topics you’d expect for a Software Engineer—JavaScript and React show up, along with frontend concepts like HTML/CSS. In my case, the rounds were manageable rather than brutal, but they still took real time and attention. At one point I even asked for feedback after a client step, and it was frustrating to get ignored.

Primero me contactó un reclutador y tuvimos una charla inicial bastante directa y amena. Ahí repasamos mi experiencia, habilidades generales y también mi nivel de inglés, porque querían medir si estaba alineado con lo que necesitaban.
