I started with a recruiter screening, then moved to a 30-minute call with the hiring manager. After that, it was a 45-minute panel interview. Scheduling was handled through a chatbot, and the whole setup felt a little impersonal from the beginning.
The panel and manager rounds focused on getting a sense of me as a fit, but what really stuck with me was the vibe. The hiring manager came across like he was bored, and I never felt like there was much back-and-forth or genuine engagement. I also didn’t get any meaningful feedback at all after the interviews.

The process felt almost too simple. I basically did a check that confirmed I could handle basic math, and that was about it. The recruiter framing was pretty reassuring—more like “don’t stress it”—which made the whole thing feel low-stakes.
I walked in expecting some kind of heavier screen, but it didn’t really go that direction. The only real implication was that if math was a problem, they’d route things differently, so the focus wasn’t on pushing me hard so much as verifying a minimum requirement.
