I got selected after what felt like an easy process, and I received an offer for 26 lacs fixed. The challenge wasn’t the interview content so much as the uncertainty afterward: there wasn’t much information about company policies when I was evaluating the offer.

I had been tempted by the CFC, but I also had other offers from big MNCs, so I wasn’t fully sure. On top of that, the arrangement involved sitting in the SNP Global office on-site, which added another layer I wanted to understand more clearly.

My process dragged on for nearly two months, and it ended with me being ghosted. It started smoothly with good communication from the recruiter and an initial assessment interview. After that went well, I was asked to complete a HackerRank-style coding challenge.

Then I had a client interview that included live coding. The client passed on me, but I was still contacted and the recruiter stayed in touch to offer another role. For the second opportunity, I went through another live coding interview plus technical questions. After the interview, I followed up with the recruiter for updates, but I didn’t get a response—messages essentially went nowhere.
