Easy Negative United States

My process was surprisingly confusing because a lot of it happened through video, texts, and automated messages. I had a video interview setup where I didn’t actually get to speak to a real person right away, and I only met someone in a more formal orientation step later. Before that, communications were essentially routed through recruiter texts and automated emails.

It wasn’t that the content was necessarily hard—it was more that it felt unclear who I was talking to and what the real next steps were. The whole setup made it hard to tell what stage I was in until I reached the point where an actual person oriented me.

Easy Positive United States

My process was very straightforward and took roughly a couple of weeks end to end. I applied online and met with HR, then there was a background check step and an online personality test. After that, I met with a front-end team leader, and the process wrapped up with in-store orientation and training.

The vibe from the people I spoke with was friendly throughout, and it didn’t feel like the kind of pipeline where you keep getting passed around indefinitely. There was also a clear expectation that certain screenings would happen as part of the process, including things like drug testing.
