I went through two rounds and, from my side, they went well. I was able to answer confidently, and the conversations didn’t feel hostile or confused—everything seemed like it was going in the right direction.
What bothered me was how the process ended. After the second round, I never got results shared with me at all. Even if I didn’t clear the bar, I expected at least some feedback on what went wrong or where I fell short, but nothing came.

I went through a relatively clean campus-style process that started with an aptitude test. After that, they shortlisted people and then ran three interview rounds, though they didn’t give them clear names. The first round leaned HR-ish, and the next two were for final shortlisting.
