I went through a fairly full process that still felt focused and human. I started with a HireVue round, then had a recruiter conversation by phone. Next came interviews with senior analysts, and after that I participated in a superday with multiple back-to-back interviews.
Throughout, the interviewers came across as professional and personable, and the overall experience felt positive even though it was a lot to get through in one stretch. The questions centered on my experience and how I’d worked, and the day was structured so I could demonstrate fit from different perspectives.

My start was fairly quick after applying online. I got a call a few days later inviting me to come into an office for a first-round interview. That first round had a couple of one-on-one conversations plus a two-on-one conference call with people from another location. After that, the second round followed with two more one-on-one interviews with different people.
The process didn’t feel long or overly difficult because they seemed eager to fill the role. The questions were mostly about how I’d approached work and how I fit the role. One of the screening-style prompts I remember was the kind of “why finance” and “why this role” type conversation, including questions about whether I followed the market and what I found interesting.
