I went through two rounds for the Software Engineer role. The first interview was about 30 minutes with a technical manager, and it started with an overview of the kind of work the company does. We then lightly walked through my resume, and the rest of the time was behavioral-style questions focused on how I work and fit the team.
About a week later, I did a 1-hour panel interview with five team members. Each person introduced what they worked on and explained the kind of work I would likely be doing. Then they asked a mix of technical and behavioral questions, and the tone stayed pretty welcoming the whole way. What stood out most was how much effort the group made to help me feel comfortable while still getting a real sense of my background.
