Easy Negative United States

I remember how the process stayed pretty smooth and the people I spoke with were friendly and easy to work with. There were three total rounds, and the behavioral parts felt like a natural conversation rather than something tense. The technical interview was about where I expected it to be—neither a nightmare nor a formality—and I got the sense the interviewers were relaxed.

What ended up standing out most to me wasn’t the questions, but the compensation conversations. The role had a posted salary range that made the expectations feel clear. During discussions, though, it became apparent they weren’t actually willing to offer within that published range. I didn’t get an offer, and walking away left me feeling like the process was pleasant right up until the alignment problem showed up.

Average Positive United States

My process felt like it moved with intention and didn’t waste time. I spoke with multiple people, starting from Talent Acquisition and then moving into the team that conducted the interview. Everyone I encountered was genuinely pleasant, and the conversations didn’t feel adversarial.

The questions blended technical topics with more personality-type prompts—basically a mix of whether I understood the work and how I tended to come across professionally. I spent a lot of time talking through my work experience, and the interviewers asked thoughtful follow-ups that made it feel like they were trying to understand how I’d actually operate. Some of the interviews also came with feedback and good guidance during the conversation, which made me feel more grounded rather than judged.
