Difficult Negative Palmdale, CA

My process for Frontier was derailed from the start by scheduling and communication problems. A recruiter arranged a call for 9:00 AM and I waited, but nobody joined. I followed up by email and didn’t hear back until much later, and then the recruiter rescheduled with a manager. I dialed in on time for that second call, but again nobody else showed up. I waited through a long stretch, sent another email, and still didn’t get a response. The whole thing left me with a very negative impression of how the hiring process was run.

What made it worse was the way the later interview experience felt—like I was being pushed through an interrogation-style conversation rather than a normal evaluation. They kept returning to topics I’d already explained I had limited experience with, and the pressure never really eased. By the end, I had a headache and just felt worn down, not assessed fairly. Even though I didn’t receive an offer, the real takeaway for me was that the process felt disorganized and needlessly stressful.
