I kept it simple with Frontier—there was a phone call with a staff member where we focused on relevant questions tied to the role. It also gave me room to ask my own questions about the position and how things worked there, which made the conversation feel balanced.

The overall interview structure matched what I expected from a standard tech company process: a straightforward setup with a small group and mostly conventional questions. Nothing felt extreme or confusing, and it didn’t drag on.

My interview experience at Frontier felt pretty measured rather than brutal. I didn’t get the sense of a trap question set—there were no moments that felt excessively hard—but it also wasn’t “easy mode.” Most of what I talked through leaned on CCNA-style material, and we also covered role-related HR questions.

I remember one prompt that asked about the environment that would maximize productivity, which shifted the conversation from pure technical detail to how I approached working effectively. Another thread that came up was more about how quickly I could learn—less about showing existing networking expertise and more about learning curve and adaptability when the knowledge gap exists.
