The whole thing was structured and managed neatly, even though there were a lot of other candidates in the mix.
The conversations themselves were not overly difficult and mostly felt like they were trying to understand how I’d worked before and how I would fit. Questions centered on my past experience and what I’d done in previous roles, and the tone stayed professional but not tense. I remember walking out thinking it was the kind of process where nothing was meant to trick me—more like a confirmation of fit.
