I started with an assignment that involved frontend engineering—React and a fuller stack around it (React/Node/Express/Redux patterns, plus MySQL). After I turned it in, I was called for an in-person interview. The first technical round dug into React fundamentals like lifecycle hooks, state and props, and how data flows inside the app; then the discussion moved into Redux and even touched on database normalization and joins.

For the next technical round, I had a live algorithms-style question where I had to solve something in front of the interviewer. I laid out pseudo-code and talked through my approach as I went. The final round was HR-focused, centered on motivation and scenario-based questions—things like why I was changing jobs and how I would handle realistic workplace situations. The overall vibe felt positive and well managed, and I even remember being offered food during the process.
