My process had a distinct set of rounds. I started with HR, then I met the European director, and then I went through what felt like the most important step with the future manager. After that, there was one additional discussion with the commercial leadership.
Everything was clearly segmented by level, and it came across as a structured path to understand how I’d fit both technically and commercially. By the time I reached the future manager conversation, I felt like that interview carried the most weight, because it was the point where the role really clicked into place. In the end, there wasn’t an offer, but the experience felt deliberate and staged.

Average Negative Mexico
My process felt fairly standard at first: I went through an HR filter, then I met the hiring manager, and after that I had another session with people who would collaborate with the role day to day. The steps themselves were straightforward, but the part that lingered with me was the lack of clear, assertive feedback.
I never got a real sense of how solid my candidacy was, and I also didn’t get reliable timing for when a decision would be made. Instead of anything specific, the closure came via a generic, impersonal email that didn’t really explain what happened.
