I moved through a pretty structured loop that took about a month. After an initial recruiter screening, I had an interview with the hiring manager. That was followed by a series of behavioral interviews with different people on the team, each one focused on my prior experiences and how I’d handled work-style situations.
After that, I completed an assignment. The overall feel was fairly methodical—multiple checkpoints, then a writing/analysis-type step to round things out. I didn’t receive an offer, and while the process felt orderly, it also meant I had to keep proving myself across a lot of separate conversations before getting to the final work product.
