I applied through their website and the whole process felt surprisingly organized and smooth from the start—interviews were scheduled on time and the communication was clear. The first step was a resume shortlist, and then I had an HR discussion to align on expectations, their requirements, and my background. That call lasted about half an hour.

Next came a technical interview that leaned more operational than purely algorithmic. I got mostly Linux command-based questions, a few basic Python questions, and a scenario question where I had to think through a practical situation. After that, there was an IQ/verbal and personality test, followed by another HR-based interview that focused on how I’d react under panic or urgency, what I wanted to achieve in the future, and how I’d adjust to a new environment and even a new country. The interviewers came across as patient and candid.

My experience felt thorough and well managed. I was kept informed before and after each step, which made the process less stressful than it could’ve been.

The technical side was designed to show where I stood, with questions and an exam that made the expectations feel concrete. I also remember the in-person interview being candid and thought-provoking rather than just a checklist of trivia.
