I started with a technical conversation that went through my resume, then about a week later I moved into a virtual onsite. The onsite was three back-to-back 45-minute interviews. Two of them were technical and the last one was more of a cultural fit discussion.
What surprised me was how relaxed it felt. Even though it was clearly still an evaluation, the conversations sometimes stayed pretty casual, which honestly helped my nerves. The people I spoke with were friendly and easy to talk to, so I never felt like I was being interrogated.
