Easy Positive San Francisco, CA

After a recruiter call, I got pulled into a fairly structured sequence. The recruiter was friendly and clearly walked through the company, the role, and the team, then asked me to share about myself and a recent project I’d worked on.

About a week later, I did two technical rounds, each running around an hour. The first was a graph-focused coding interview split into two parts. It wasn’t exactly a straight-up LeetCode prompt; I had to work from an example and write the class structure and methods around it. I stumbled on a couple of questions, but overall the conversation felt constructive.

Average Positive United States

A recruiter reached out and then sent me an invitation to schedule a phone interview via Coderpad. The whole coding screen was about an hour long. I got through the process, but it dragged out after that—I was rejected roughly three weeks later. What stood out was how straightforward the scheduling and live coding part felt, followed by the slow, quiet wait that ended with no conversation or offer.
