After I applied, I started with an HR call and then moved into three separate 30-minute panel interviews. The whole thing felt pretty conversational and, overall, not very technical. Most of the questions were the standard “walk me through your background” and “why this company” type prompts, and the vibe was more about whether I clicked with the interviewers than trying to catch me on hard material.
Between rounds, I focused on being ready to discuss my experience clearly rather than memorizing anything niche. I also reviewed financial statements ahead of time anyway, mostly so I wouldn’t be thrown off if they asked anything that leaned on the basics of credit work. The interviews felt straightforward and normalized—like they were trying to learn how I think and how I’d fit.
