My process started with a recruiter call, and then I moved into three interview rounds. For me, that meant a couple in-person conversations and one virtual session, and the overall pace felt straightforward. Most questions were grounded in scenarios or in my past experience, so a lot of the time I was connecting what I’d done before to how I’d handle similar situations.

After the initial screen, I met the hiring manager and then went into a panel-style conversation with team members. The tone was friendly and the difficulty was fairly moderate—nothing felt wildly unpredictable. In the final conversations, it turned more resume-based and slightly technical at points, with some discussion of what I’d worked on and why it mattered to the team.

After a recruiter touchpoint, I went into a pretty smooth, multi-round process. It moved fast—around a couple weeks end to end—and the format stayed consistent: I had multiple conversations that blended my background with questions tied to the role. Across the rounds, I kept running into scenario-style prompts and “tell me about how you’ve handled things” themes, plus more structured discussion about what I’d delivered in prior organizations.

The interview flow included two technical-style discussions plus a managerial conversation, and it was clear they wanted both domain awareness and how I’d approach problems. In one of the technical conversations, the topics leaned into fintech-style areas like cards and payments/transactions, so my ability to talk through those experiences mattered. I also remember a later stage where the interviewer(s) focused heavily on my prior work—reviewing what I’d done before and connecting it back to the requirements.
