The process began with a recruiter phone call, and after that I moved into a HackerRank exam that took about three hours. The questions were medium, very LeetCode-like, and I had the feeling the goal was to separate straightforward coding fluency from more careful problem-solving.
A short while after the exam, the recruiter got back in touch and invited me to a technical interview. It ended up being two live parts: first a phone interview that ran around half an hour, then a video interview that lasted closer to 45 minutes. The overall experience felt pretty direct—technical questions mixed with behavioral ones, with no wild surprises in the format.
