My interview started off very direct, and I appreciated how straightforward it was. The main focus landed on my best and worst scenarios at work. They wanted the story behind each one—how I got into that situation, what steps I took to deal with the challenge, and what I did next once things started improving.
They also asked me to demonstrate sales skill in a hands-on way. I remember being put on the spot with a prompt that asked me to sell a simple item, and they wanted specifics about how I’d approach the pitch and talk through it as if it were a real opportunity. I described my approach in detail rather than giving a high-level answer.
