I started with a sequence that felt fairly structured: an initial technical round, then a more techno-managerial conversation, and later an HR step plus a psychometric-style test. The pace was all business—there were standard option-based questions in the assessment flow, and at some point I also ran through OOP-focused material.
The conversations leaned heavily into theory. I had to talk through Java fundamentals, OOP ideas, and design pattern style concepts, and we went into things like garbage collection, basic database concepts, and how those pieces fit together. I didn’t just get asked to describe definitions; I also had to write code from an online environment during the technical part, tying the OOP concepts to the implementation.

Easy Negative Romania
My process started with an online assessment that felt pretty straightforward—some programming-style questions plus multiple choice, and also a finance-related component. After I finished it, I heard nothing back for what felt like ages, and when I finally did get a call from HR, we tried to schedule an interview.
The scheduling experience was rough. I never received a connection link for the meeting, so I emailed, and I didn’t get a reply. They reached out again about two weeks later and told me the position had already been filled.
